Abstract

The pursuit of excellence in the management of ABA clinics (applied behavior analysis) is critical to providing effective services and promoting the independence and autonomy of people served. Considering the absence of specific regulation for the provision of services in ABA in Brazil, I will demonstrate as an SGI (Integrated Management System), strategically built in accordance with Brazilian laws, the marketing scenario of ABA and some technical standards that govern the standards of Quality in health services, can have a positive impact. In addition, two fundamental approaches will be explored: ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and OBM (Organizational Behavior Management), highlighting how the integration of these approaches can integrately optimize operational efficiency and promote corporate social responsibility.
